When will UA move to Terminal 3 @ MNL?

When will UA move to Terminal 3 @ MNL?
I read on SQ's Website that they moved to MNL's Terminal 3 effective 1 September. NH is already operating from there. SQ's Website also mentions they will open a new Silver Kris Lounge in Terminal 3 some time in 2015. Are there any plans for UA to move its operations to Terminal 3? It seems like an appropriate move. DL also moved to Terminal 3 a few weeks too. Terminal 1 is horrible and in need of upgrades.
