website issues 7/20
 
anyone having problems booking a flight on UA.com right now? I try and run a search for flights and it just goes to the advanced search screen. When i try and search from there, it won't let me and just repopulates the screen. I've tried with both Chrome and IE.

Anyone else having the same issues?

All the major airlines are updating the websites this weekend to prepare for the increased TSA fees that will hit tonight at midnight.

Whenever the behavior you describe happens to me, its because my account has timed out but I'm not actually logged out. Sign out and back in and see if it helps.

Though of course it could be any number of other explanations such that my advice wouldn't apply. Sorry if that's the case, but the website seems to work for me at the moment.

Happens to me from time to time. Clear you UA.com cookie and you should be good to go.

Happens for me from time to time as well. Didn't clear cookies, though. Disappeared by itself upon next startup.
