Of particular interest are the meal options in J. Mrs. Level is semi-vegan, and the mini-Levels can be picky eaters. Mrs. Level usually packs a bunch of snacks to cover her bases.

Sorry, I'm so used to J as the forward class on the PS birds LAX-JFK-LAX, which is 90% of my travel. On this flight it's F, you are correct.
Pasta is good for the kids. Mrs Level doesn't eat cheese, and the pasta dish is usually some type of cheese filled pasta.

Flight 391 report - Was a PS bird. We had 1 E & F, and the mini-Levels sat in 2 E & F. PS type pillows & blankets were provided, which were not on our outbound LAX-OGG on the regular 24 seat 757 on Aug 19. Meal options were Chicken Cacciatore with gnocci & veggies, or Spinach cannelloni. I dozed off, but I think ice cream sundae service was offered, since we had it on the outbound.
I chatted with the purser after we landed and she thought management might be testing this out a long term option, but then she added that UA is in process of retiring the 757s.
