No RDM on Bulk Tickets starting March 1?
I saw this hinted at in the other thread, but to focus on the issue...
If there are currently no PQD on bulk tickets because United doesn't know or want to reveal the actual price, how can United award RDM on bulk tickets when the new earning rules take effect?
If the answer is they will award RDM on those tickets, what will be the reason for not also awarding PQD?

It's under the specialty ticket section of the thread (wiki). Basically RDMs will be the same or reduced depending on fare class.
Specialty Tickets:
Specialty tickets that earn award miles in the current program (including, but not limited to consolidator/bulk, group, tour and other tickets where the fare paid is not disclosed on the ticket) will earn award miles based on a percentage of the distance flown and the purchased fare class as of March 1, 2015. Please refer to the chart below for details.
Eligible fare classes
Flight operated by United and United Express
150% - J, C, D, Z, P, F, A
100% - Y, B, M
75% - E, U, H, Q, V, W
50% - S, T, L, K, G, N

All of three of the legacies have similar exclusions although not all three use the same terminology.
It's not UA that cares about disclosing the price of the ticket, it's the reseller (or corporate TA). They buy the tickets in bulk for 50% off, resell at 25% off and the pax got a deal, but won't think so if he pays more than face value.

A question is whether there will still be elite bonus RDM's for Star partner award travel as currently exists on partners like LH & LX.
