I don't think there's a lounge you have access to. Some people mention Lufthansa Welcome Lounge in FRA but upon further research (http://www.lufthansa.com/us/en/Lounge-types-and-access), it doesn't look like it allows UA GF.
You can also go try the Luxx Lounge (landside) with shower, food etc.

Based on the link in edcho's reply, you should have access. See footnote (2):
(2) The following passengers may also access the Lufthansa Welcome Lounge at Frankfurt Airport:
- Passengers of United Airlines (First and Business Class and Global Services cardholders) and Continental Airlines (Business Class) arriving in Frankfurt
- Passengers arriving in Frankfurt after a Lufthansa intercontinental flight (First and Business Class) via Dusseldorf or Munich

Lufthansa Welcome Lounge, Terminal 1, B Departures
You can inquire with the agent when you check in and get your boarding pass according to this:

The arrivals lounge is very nice. It has a lot of shower rooms, so limited if any wait. Very good breakfast offerings as well.
Not really a place for relaxing, etc. but certainly a great way to start off a day in FRA if you can't check into hotel.
Big thread with all the details:

I flew into FRA before connecting to ZRH in December (United business class), and stopped at several of the LH lounges, both of which had showers. These weren't arrival lounges, just regular LH lounges. Unfortunately, I don't recall the gates, but we visited the ones closest to our arrivals gate (after going through customs), and another that was closer to our Swiss Airlines gate.

Entry conditions are clearly laid out in this thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/lufth...ge-fra-11.html
