Problem Getting Chase Select Card PQM to Post
 

in a runaround with Chase and UA. $1250 ticket purchased on legacy Select card in February -- 1250 PQM should have posted but did not. Now on conference call where Chase is telling UA to post the PQM, UA is telling Chase they have to send info.
They are arguing with each other while I listen.
Advice?

Depending on timing of purchase and billing cycle, it could be normal to not have posted until recently -- and if things are slower than normal for some cards you may need to wait a few more weeks. UA will rarely manually post the Chase RDMs/PQMs.
