Fare class Copa

I don't know if this would the the right place to ask but I'm trying to book a flight with Copa. When ever I search and select a flight it doesn't allow me to select a fare code. By default it keeps giving me business promo which isn't refundable but I want to book one that is refundable. Does any one know how to change the fare type?

Don't understand your question. COPA's website gives you a choice of five fare categories, including Economy Flex and Business Flex. Those are refundable fares. It does not allow you to be more specific in your selection of an economy fare class (i.e., an M vs. a Y). If you want to be more specific, you will have to call.

But note that since COPA really only has two business class fare classes, D and C, you are already being offered the only two business class options.

Thank you for replying. But that is my question, I'm not getting the choice to select economy flex, business flex. I only get business promo.

And that's what I don't understand. When I run searches on copa.com, including this morning, I see all five options (subject to availability). And I have never seen D (promo) available when C (flexi) is not. Perhaps you should call COPA to book your ticket. The agents tend to be very helpful.
