Best RPU supported MR ex-NYC?

What is the maximum amount of miles I can net on a MR supported by two RPU's (one in each direction), assuming the R space is available on all legs. What routings should I be perusing. Thanks!

Max miles on a GPU ex-NYC would be to SIN. SYD isn't too far behind.

Max miles on a RPU ex-NYC would be on Copa to deep S. America or HNL.

ETA: ANC via IAH is similar in distance to HNL from NYC and might have better R options off-season.

I thought under the new rules we can't use RPU into S.America, no? HNL or ANC both sound like reasonable options. I assume the EWR-HNL direct doesn't often have R space...

True on UA operated flights but RPUs work for COPA flights.

But you can use the RPU on Copa to destinations such as SCL and EZE (all via PTY).

You may have trouble finding R on the EWR-HNL nonstop, but something like EWR-LAS-LAX-SFO-HNL would get you even more miles.

I've done the following on one RPU.

1) EWR-HNL-SFO-PDX-IAH-LGA
2) ORD-DEN-HNL-IAH-LGA

Mind you I don't recommend it. I was fried.

I'd like to maximize the miles, but also get a good trip out of it. I am not really too hot on Hawaii, so this Copa angle sounds great. I was unaware we could use RPU's to deep S.America on Copa. I will have to check their route network and see what looks best. How exactly do we apply RPU's to Copa flights?

IIRC, award availability for saver J has to be available to apply the RPU to Copa flights, but others with more Copa expertise will undoubtedly confirm.
