Password changing a problem
 
With all the buzz about cybersecurity breaches and the Heartbleed bug, I thought it might be a good idea to change my password and PIN.

I was able to change the PIN online, but had no luck with changing the password. Kept getting a screen with lots of red text telling me to 'make revisions'.

Anyone else have difficulty in changing their password online? Any suggestions other than calling the web support desk?

Yeah - something's screwy with UA PW system. After getting of tired of the constant profile update page I couldn't seem to get rid of, I "changed" my pw. Now I have 2 passwords that work. Seriously.

Even if you create a password other than the 4 digit one assigned to you, that 4 digit ALWAYS works in addition to your new password, so not much added security there...

Those constant profile update changes are really annoying.

Why do those IT idiots design this??? :td::td:
