So...is this related to yesterday's latest & greatest SHARES meltdown?

No first available on any flight - more system glitches?
Was checking to see if R opened up for a PS flight tomorrow and noticed that every flight is now 0'ed out in premium cabins. Ok, strange, some were at J8 or 9 yesterday. Looked at LAX - same thing. Changed the date - same thing. Pulled up some other random routes for next week (like LAX-SFO on a Tuesday) - no first. Wonder what's happening...did Jeff decide to maybe go all Southwest overnight?

Something insane is happening. I can only find D fares on direct flights several months out, and there is a significant amount of red text on my search. I can find some random Z fares on connecting flights. I refuse to believe UA sold these seats.
No, we call this disaster show "SHARES".

I'm seeing the same thing, for 2/27 JFK SFO. To see if this was "targeted" at flyertalk members, I tried signing in as my wife on a different browser. Still no capacity.
I saw a related glitch, buying a number of coach seats recently on this route: United.com would advertise a fare but claim "0 seats available at this price". Nevertheless, I was able to complete and confirm those purchases.
Here, one cannot buy these seats, for the moment. It does not matter whether one calls them Business or First while searching; one gets the same message.
The award tool lets one quickly confirm that there is no first available for months outward, making this almost certainly a glitch. Unless they're all in the boardroom, getting ready to roll out new prices?
Quite a lot of saver coach, however.

Noticed the same thing. But my booked reservations show the availability of first class seats. Also, I booked an award ticket last night; it is an international saver award. The tickets have not been issued. The miles have not been deducted from my account. It is very strange.

It's not just united.com. There is no inventory in their GDS at all for F or C (at least on the sampling of flights I just looked at) so no one has access to the seats.
They do still have the fares filed so it seems to be just an inventory problem.
+1 - The inventory issues only seem to be impacting domestic flights. It looks as if its an issue with their GDS data since it's occurring on both UA channels an non-UA channels.

Correct. Unless UA is full to Europe for the rest of March, there is something rotten in the state of Denmark.
