Arrivals facilities

An Arrivals facility is a retreat where United Global First and United BusinessFirst customers arriving by noon on a same-day ticket may freshen up with a shower. Guests can enjoy a breakfast and use complimentary Wi-Fi at some locations. Start your day refreshed at an Arrivals facility.

Before their departing international flight, United Global First and United BusinessFirst customers must ask a United representative at the airport to access the Arrivals facility. Access is subject to availability. Customers cannot bring guests into the Arrivals facilities.

I'm pretty sure I read a (new) BoardingArea post by somebody roughly a week ago, saying that they'd just used the benefit at CDG -- the Sheraton in Terminal 2, I believe. Which surprised me -- I thought this was dead, but maybe nobody told the CDG Sheraton...

My son and I had to wait about 45 minutes for it to become available; I don't think there's a way or reserving space ahead of time. It's possible the wait could end up much longer, making it not a viable option.

CDG arrivals lounge?

UA915 arrives CDG at 6:55 AM and I would like to take a shower and change. Does UA have a deal with the Sheraton at the airport? I am GS flying Polaris. Anybody knows? Thanks

Thanks again IAH-OIL-TRASH

I wonder if that particular Sheraton is wondering why it's taking UA so long to pay up?

The last time I was there, the shower was horribly clogged and the water was flowing over the shower tub! Hopefully it has been fixed!

Good amenity though, hopefully it continues on.

So is there an arrivals lounge in AMS for non-connecting passengers to take a shower? (preferably at no cost to *G and/or Polaris). thanks.

Is there an EDI (Edinburg Scotland) Arrivals lounge

Flying United next week to EDI in J. Is there an arrivals lounge available or hotel nearby to take a shower? I'm arriving at 7:30AM and I can't check in to my hotel until 2PM.

Sure would like to cleanup and then go to hotel and drop bags and do some sightseeing.

Any help is appreciated.

UA discontinued the "hotel" arrivals program last year.

Check with your hotel, see if they will take an early arrival request -- I have gone some to agree to 10AM.
