I have a CLE-LAS flight booked for February and I am being offered 8,000 PQMs for $560, 7c each. I also had a flight recently CLE-MCO and was offered the same PQM rate, which I used to purchase some PQMs. Has anyone else seen an offer this good?

So who's bought this year?

How does it feel to spend thousands and not have it move the needle on your PQDs?

Doesn't affect many of us. How does it feel for you to have to worry about PQD?

Seven cents is hard to beat.

United Airlines Award/Premier Accelerator Rates [2014]

Data point.

MP Gold, on TPAC offered 40/60k for 2.3/14CPM for RDM/PQM, as many have had.

I wonder if the rates are also based on whether you are US based, i.e. higher PQM rates for those without PQD requirements.

Of course, at 14CPM I'd rather do TPAC MR's for just over 1/3 the price, if I needed/wanted the RDM...

Does anyone else see an increase from 2.3 cpm to 2.5 cpm?

A booking I have that was showing 2.3 cpm a week ago is now showing 2.5 cpm.

I have a non-US address on united.com, but I could easily specify a US address in case it improves the Accelerator rate for award miles.

I've got an ORD-IAD-DXB itinerary that's still offering 40k or 60k at 2.3 cpm.

Yeah, that itin seems to be a fluke. Another one is still showing 2.3 cpm.

I'm seeing something similar. The RDM price for two of my bookings (both paid domestic) increased to 3.1˘. PQM price remained unchanged for all bookings.

RNE, noting that it's not unusual for prices to fluctuate a little. But at 3.1˘/RDM it's almost the same price as the published rate.

Being offered 3.3˘ per RDM and 9.9˘ per PQM on a reservation right now. Being CLE-based, I'm thinking yeah, right!!! Sigh.

That makes the 2.9˘ per RDM I'm being offered on another reservation seem like a bargain. Who knows why I'm being offered different prices on different reservations. Both are domestic; both involve connections each way.

Are they ever less expensive at the kiosks? My current bookings all have ridiculously high rates.

Yes, though I haven't had that experience in several months.

On an international itinerary for 60k miles, I am getting 2.3 cents/mile and 14 cents/pqm.

On a domestic itinerary for 8k miles, I am getting 3.3 cents/mile and 10 cents/pqm.

It seems:
The smaller the PQM purchase, the less expensive it is.
The larger the miles purchase, the less expensive it is.

As of early January, all of my future flights only offer RDM, the PQM purchase option disappeared, both on flights that previously offered them and on new bookings.

On a TPAC, I'm getting 2.5cents/rdm.
