I just received the following email:
"Hans, we appreciate that you chose United for your recent trip to Seattle. If you book your next flight at united.com, you’ll have access to" all kinds of neat stuff (he says).
Do they really not know that as a 1K and MM flyer, I book all of my flights through the web site? Just seems like another example of poor marketing especially to your "regulars."
