65 segments to 1K for me this year. all domestic except for 1 1/2 TATL round trips that got me there.

If all goes to plan - it'll be segment 55 sometime between Christmas and Dec 31st (last 2 segments not booked yet...)
Mix of international long-haul and domestic short-haul, with a few transcons in there as well.

32 segments to hit 1K this year, as a result of several tickets in P/C/D/J/Z from Europe to South Africa, as well as Europe to Central Asia.

For the 10 years I was 1K I usually had between 30 and 40 segments. Now I do more segments but a lot less miles, 40-50 segments but only 43K miles. Before lots of international, now mainly western USA. But at least I have lifetime Gold, for what that's worth.
