CoTerminal no longer exists?
 
I was trying to switch from SJC to SFO within 24 hours of travel as 1K while the same fare bucket is available, but I was then advised that a $200 change fee apply because after the merger, the concept co terminal no longer exists.

Is it true?

Co-terminals still exist but SDC is not eligible for co-terminal
