applying for charity miles on UA?
 

I've searched ual.com to death, so hoping someone here has encountered this and can tell me how they did it.

United has a program where you can donate your excess frequent flier miles to a charity. They have a list of charities on the ual.com site (linked in the previous sentence). I can't figure out how to get my nonprofit on that list. I did find a page with an application for a community involvement grant, applied for it and got turned down. That happens, so I'm not upset. But what I really want is to be on the list for the charity miles donation anyway, not so much cash grants. Does anybody here know how the program works?
