Where's TG award availability?
It looks like neither united.com nor the ANA tool currently see award availability on any TG flights (I've sampled about 10 dates and routes). Is this a common glitch?

If you go to the Thai website, you'll see a popup with details on when it is supposed to be back up...but should be in a few hours from now. There's also a thread on the TG forum.

This is because TGs reservation/ticketing system is being upgraded at the moment and is completely offline right now. You also won't get any results for revenue bookings either on OTAs, etc.

I recall that after a SQ system upgrade there was some unusually generous award availability. I wonder what will happen here.

Looks like thaiairways.com is back up and TG availability is now displayed in ANA's award booking tool, but united.com continues not to show TG award availability.

I noticed this too. Thought I was going crazy. Took my first TG F trip recently and it was insane (even though the FA kept telling me he loved me). It's weird, but TG is one of the reasons I'm staying with UA.
