I'd like a better search toots, ahem, tools, too. Like ability to exclude certain cities from searches - for instance, I often like to search for flights from "NYC", but I don't want to see flights from EWR. UA should take a hint from sites like Kayak, which offer powerful functionality for customizing searches by time of day, connecting city, and many other options.
Realized the other day after a lousy experience at a Holiday Inn Express, that if a brand has the word "Express" in it, it is going to suck.

Well at least Alex appears in plenty of other places; sometimes even in Hemispheres print ads where she's usually wearing a jaunty headset, so good to know she can get work.

Hey everyone, don't know if its been mentioned but anybody can use the new united site at "beta.united.com" even if you weren't invited. Its actually pretty helpful, it actually shows accurate mileage results without any "phantom" results! What a concept hunh...
