Will be interesting to see if the current price is a temporary dip or a longer term revaluation.... And if for Jeff the current stock price will be a "change you will like"

Correct me if my wrong, but if that is a bonus re-investment, no taxes, right?

No current income taxes if it's deferred income, not because of stock purchase. Not "free money" because income tax is due at distribution. If that's the case...may still have to cough up FICA, etc.

Having a little fun here. Maybe like Ballmer at MSFT, he knows his investment will go up in value as soon as he makes his departure announcement. Not a bad strategy.

I'd be more concerned about the reverse happening. Much more likely.

You are more concerned that he stays and the stock goes down? That is more likely?

Star, I'm not doubting that truth of your statement that if Jeff stays, the stock will eventually fall, just surprised to hear you say it. [Unduly personalized text deleted by Moderator.]

Jeff leaving, stock tanks? Reverse of what happened when Ballmer announced his retirement

David Einhorn always, well almost, gets what he wants.

CEOs leaving companies that are perceived to be doing well is something that generally does spook investors I'm not seeing the hostility towards UA's CEO that was very visible towards Ballmer at Microsoft for many years. Quite the opposite in fact!

Thanks, still less than 5% of his pay and bonuses, I invest more than that.

250K is not a big investment for the CEO of the company
