This sale seems to be back but may be targeted? I saw the miles at ~2.1 CPM, which is not the best we have seen but decent. This turns out to be the same as the "Elite Maximizer mileage cost" without PQM.

received the same offer. 25% off of purchase of more than 10,000 miles.

The prices shown include tax of some kind. So it appears to be $282.21 per 10,000 miles or almost 3 cents a mile.

If you buy RDMs this way, does it affect the Maximizer prices later on?

7.5% tax. why would it affect maximizer price?

Buying Accelerator RDMs is usually a better deal. They are going for $0.021 in many instances.
