Just seeing this thread. I've encountered similar issues with phantom award space on ET showing up on .bomb, including out of JRO. I found if it doesn't show up on ANA, it's not going to be bookable.

My general guess about the phantom space issues was it has something to do with ET's frequent equipment swaps, but that was mostly conjecture. Seeing a similar issue with a different airline at the same airport makes me wonder.

I am now getting this message "Due to rapidly changing partner availability the following flights are no longer available." on the flight display - in other words not when I select a flight, but as soon as the flight list is displayed. That makes no sense. Are all the flights displayed (about 40) phantoms?

Award flights to AMS, offering OS and TK

I'm having this problem even with a simple FRA-MAN redemption. It shows as available in both the app and online but get this error message as soon as I click on the flight. Does that really mean it's phantom? LH942 on Feb 4 24.
