Arrested Development Season 4 Aircraft Interior

So anyone else watching the new series on Netflix. I think the plane interior shots are on a PMCO aircraft I think a 753?

It looked like a studio using former PMCO seats.

CO has been using the same pattern on their seat material for over 20 years. It could have been any of the retired CO planes as well.

Looked like 735 Y seats, coupled with the old gen pmCO F seats.

Oh my gosh, I was thinking exactly the same thing when I saw that scene. I think I have overdosed on Arrested Development for today.

In the Tobias Episode you get a better view of the interior wall of the aircraft and windows, can you discern the aircraft from this?

The Y seats in the 735 did not have an adjustable headrest - just a "pad" thing.

Only CO mainline type Y seat I know of that has (had?) that kind of Y seat was the 735...and they were even worse then the latest gen pmCO seat!

I'm thinking that it's the LAWA (ex United) 727 at ONT, which is used for interior shots in a LOT of productions.

I'm assuming the IFE shot (where Tobias is poking his selection, if you will) was taken elsewhere.

And yeah, I banged out seven episodes yesterday. I'm glad the show was given a nu start.

Most productions come to our studio b/c it is just too tough filming at the airports... Pass it along!!

Sounds like a great license plate for the world's first Analyst-Therapist (AnalRapist) who decides to become a full-time actor.

Neat, RachelO!

(Although, since I worked at ONT at one point in time, I would much prefer that it be used, such as in the recent movie Argo.)
