I think doing this helps you get in the correct time zone vs sitting in the lounge all day. I actually got some decent sleep on the next flight to CPT. It was only about 5 euros & 15 min each way on the train to downtown if I remember. The Stadel Museum is worth a visit and only a shortish walk across the river from the main train station.
