...to see that zero.
It's coming. In just a few hours. The slog begins again.
As it has for the last decade.

Mrs. Fredd and I barely requalified for 1K in 2012. What with one enhancement and another since around September 2011, I'll be looking at my clean slate tomorrow with the positive view that it allows me to examine my travel options for 2013.
UA has made it abundantly clear that they don't really welcome the business of this retired leisure traveler, and that kind of attitude can run both ways.

Same here. Our first flight is in January on AS taking a young granddaughter to Disneyland.
UA has made it abundantly clear in a number of ways since around September 2011 that it doesn't really value the business of bargain-hunting retired leisure travelers, even those who have flown a million miles with them and/or bought lifetime Silver Wings memberships.
I can take a hint.

Some of us on the high-spending business side of things have discussed the notion that UA seems to prefer bargain-hunting retired leisure travelers because they seem more likely than 1K's to get super-cheap buy-up offers.
Would be interested in what you've experienced ...
Mine is all zeros too. I've never seen this because usually I'm overseas at this time of year and ignoring the web site until I return home, which is typically soon after 1/1, hence my first look usually shows 5-10K miles. Those 0's are really ugly.

Make sure you're logged in (and not just United's version of logged in where your name is in the corner) - actually go through a page where you need your PIN and it should refresh everything. My #s dropped as soon as I did that

I went to UA.com just now (thankfully, to book some flights) and saw the zeros. Oh how it left a hole in my heart
