Just checked a reservation via the app and got "data services unavailable". I have no trouble getting data on my phone right now.

Nothing doing via app or web for me, so called regarding a rez I placed earlier today. Rep was able to see it just fine, so just temporary front-end type of stuff in all likelihood...

FWIW both are working fine for me, but I am using the UK site for the web at least. Whether that directs to a different server or is just a skin I have no clue, but everything is up and running for me. Maybe on a laptop try selecting the UK site next time and see what happens?

I logged on to United site this morning everything looked fine. 30 minutes later when I tried again to book a ticket. I cannot login and it says Contact United Service Center.

Yes... seems like MP user authentication is down. Also affecting phone number recognition. It's happened from time to time but IME usually resolved quickly. A pain if you're trying to do something right now though.

same here, cannot log in. Message says call customer service. I called and it did not recognize my phone as usual. Put me on hold with the normal customer service, not 1K desk.

I think it's an IT thing. I had the same issue, kept idly pushing the login button while on hold, and it eventually was fine. Is now slow, but working.
