Thanks! Appreciate the move in the right direction on this on UA. Like others, also looking to see what else is in store for MP 2013

Glad to hear your company figured out people were putting off hitting 1K thus flying with someone else until the end of the year. Congrats! looks like someone did learn something from AA

Great change, thank you.

Now, can you get the GPU's back I gave to friends 'cause they were expiring?

Good news, as GPU/RPU expiration dates were an issue for many this year.

Sounds like only the GPUs that were earned this year in 2012 will be extended. I have three SWUs/GPUs earned from last year that will, I believe, not be extended beyond 12/31/12.

I've always thought that GPUs should be valid for as long as you are a 1K member. This would incentivize people to keep re-qualifying every year.

Likewise RPUs should remain valid as long as you are a Platinum or higher member.

I also think GPUs should be completely unrestricted for Global Services members as a way to reward their loyalty.

So some of this is a new benefit for elites, or something previously taken away, forgotten about and brought back to look, smell and taste like a new benefit?

JK
Glad to have it, and more importantly UA listening to their elites.

I'll take anything positive. I really feel beat up by UA during the past year. Even with this it still hurts. I've wasted so many GPUs on domestic travel coming up waiting for UA to make sense. That this is coming at literally the 11th hour.
