Buy miles processing delay?
 

Hi all,

It has now been more than 48 hours since I place a Buy Miles order, and my order status is still listed as "Awaiting Processing." Unfortunately, the only option for contacting customer service (for this reason) is an email address. United uses takes several days to respond to emails -- and I was planning to fly tomorrow night!

Any advice?

How did you buy your miles? If you bought them directly from the "purchase miles" page then it says it can take 48 hours. If you buy them using mileage maximizer from a current tkt then it's right away.
