United has two versions of 752's with lie flat seats. This version flies internationaly trans-Atlantic flights from the east coast, especially to closer cities in Ireland/Great Britain, premium transcontinental service (p.t.s. or aka PS), some Hawaii flights and occasional hub to hub flights. There are 16 BF seats, 45 E+ seats, and 108 E seats.
16/153 75b https://www.aerolopa.com/ua-boeing-75b
--- FIRST
Row 1 has wider footwells but 3" shorter bed length.
Seats 1E/1F may be slightly darker and quieter than 1A/1B, which are more susceptible to galley lights and noise.
--- ECONOMY
All economy seats share power (2 outlets per 3 seats), and have VOD screens in the seat back.
Exit row seats are Row 7ABC, Row 20, and Row 21. Row 20 seats have limited recline. Row 7ABC has "unlimited" leg room, although there's an FA jumpseat facing those seats (probably out of reach of anyone but the tallest person).
Row 8DEF are bassinet seats and also a bulkhead. There is an additional ~6" cut out at the bottom of the bulkhead for extra leg room.
Row 10A and F and 11A and F are missing a window (you get one next to the seat, but not towards the seat back of the row ahead).
for the other 752 aircraft, see Everything You Want to Know About Where to Sit on a 757-200 (28 lie flat seats)

I guess it all depends on the agility of the passenger. To be polite, let's say that the passenger in the window seat was rotund. I did not want her behind in my face and I did not want her to lose her equilibrium and crush me. I always stand up to let passengers as I don't want to force ladies (or gentlemen) to touch me. On night flights, I tell them to wake me up if they need to get out. That plane does not have as much legroom in the exit row as the 767. I flew one of those coming back from MUC and it does have a lots of legroom. The 757, not so much.

Thanks all!
I think I will stay with 7B unless an aisle seat in E+ opens up. Currently, there are none, and I value the ability to get up without bothering somebody more than the extra privacy of the window.

Help with seat availability for flight
Booked 2 seats in Business for a flight. During the booking process there were no seats available to choose from but it still let me go ahead and purchase the tickets.
I checked ExpertFlyer to see if seats were blocked. It showed all seats occupied but row 4AB was completely missing. Not blocked, occupied, available but just not there. Any idea what this means? Are there really 2 seats available? Thanks.

4AB are blocked -- UA implements two different kinds of blocks, and seats which are blocked for crew or operational reasons are "hard blocked" to the point of getting deleted from the GDS seatmap (like you see above). The seats will unblock around T-60h, assuming that you are indeed flying a route that does not have an augmented crew.
If I have to wait I guess Ill set up a seat alert. Thanks again.

You'll have to wait for the system -- at a technical level they don't exist so not even UA can assign them. It happens around midnight Central time the night before T-48; it's the same time that the flight becomes normally available for Flight Status. If you are prompt about logging in you can get the seats without a lot of competition since this is not a well known fact.

I think that this map is showing because they reserve these seats for if it's a flight that needs crew rest seats (long haul international). If you are on a domestic flight, the seats will eventually appear on the seat map and passengers will be able to choose them.

On a domestic route, the seats will magically appear between T-72 and T-48. Meantime, UA will sell the cabin to 16, even though the seat map only shows 14.

Just flew one of these IAH-EWR on saturday in 1F. OOF....I'm 6"1, but had to have my legs bent when the seat was reclined. When the seats go into bed mode, the seats don't go "back". They slide down, reducing leg room significantly. Pretty disappointing.
