We're changing terminals. Starting February 4, all our flights will depart and arrive from the new Terminal 3. If you're arriving in to Phoenix after 6 p.m. on February 3, you'll arrive at Terminal 3 as well.
United Club closure. Because of our move to Terminal 3, the United Club℠ location in Terminal 2 will close February 3. We're looking forward to bringing you a brand-new space in Terminal 3 later this year.

Old news, I'm sure, but I guess I missed the fact that United now has a satellite crew base in Phoenix. The flight attendant crew on our flight to Chicago was announced as "Phoenix based." I searched and sure enough...

Just wondering, if there is any cost associated with satellite crew bases, or if it is a win/win for FAs and the airline.

There is now a sign in the club stating the last day for the club is February 3rd. From my understanding (based on the club bartender, so YMMV), the new club will not be ready by the time UA moves to Terminal 3.

Signs are out for the lounge closure.
Agent said they are movingMonday February 3rd to T3. Club won't be ready for "a good 6 months" according to agent. I didn't think the concourse upgrade in T3 was going to finish this fast.

Really sad to see Terminal 2 go. I once ordered an Uber while still in seat 2B and it took me 7 minutes to walk from the seat to the curb side Uber pickup area which coincided with my Uber arriving. This made me irrationally happy.

For whatever reason, it always seems like UA Clubs in new terminals are late to open.

While certainly convenient gate to curb, T2 is a dump, with abysmal food options and a tiny, loud UC. I came through T3 in November on DL . . . it was much nicer, and not that much farther gate to curb. This will overall be a much improved airport experience for UA flyers.

God I hope they're wrong. First world problem, I know, but that's kind of a silly timeline considering Delta managed to open their lounge 1 day after the south concourse opened.
