Feb 2023: Many reports that Expert Mode checkbox is being disabled automatically / randomly (in some cases, repeatedly), and users have to opt back in on the website to re-enable Expert Mode.

Note on 18 Oct 2018 the fare class for upgrades changed from R to PZ

Isn't there a way to prevent that while still enabling access for legit MP members personal use?
(Obviously I am no IT expert)

Did United also remove expert view from the iPhone app? I know it was removed from the desktop version a while back but up until less than 2 days ago, I could still see fare buckets. Maybe my phone updated the app and it doesn’t show anymore.

There have been a couple other people asking this, but the response across multiple versions is that it is still there for most people. General recommendation is to double check the setting is still toggled on in you profile, try logging in again and/or try uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Signed in and signed out and still not showing. However, I uninstalled and reinstalled and now is back to normal. Thanks.

I was scared today that they axed it from the app as well since it disappeared but signed out and then deleted and reinstalled and there it was after signing back in.

I think it has more to do with making sure customers have access to as little information as problem.

This is so weird. I saw expert mode working on my desktop and 5 minutes later it's gone (for the same flights)

I still see the inventory report after a flight search but if I refresh the screen it disappears. But I do a fresh search, its back. So appears to be a bit touchy
