Hi Everyone,
I wanted to let you know that well be re-launching Expert Mode as an opt-in feature later this afternoon. This feature will display all fare classes when shopping for flights on united.com. You can opt-in to this feature by logging into your MileagePlus account and following these steps:

- Go to united.com > My Account
- Select Manage Profile
- In the Preferences section, select View All Flight Search Preferences
- In the Expert Mode section, read and acknowledge the customer advisements
- Click Save at the bottom of the page

interesting, it wasn't working for me (just could see the fare classes offered for Y / PE / J) shown on screen, but not inventory. It did work for me when i switched to the old website i.e. https://www.united.com/ual/en/us/fli...book-a-flight/. Didn't bother to trouble shoot in this manner

The new website is not displaying now seat map as well.

Not showing for me either.
UA's been messing with the website recently (see thread re "A or B" query); suspect this is related.

wonder if it's either deliberate, or a feature they completely forgot about and neglected to include in the new website?

Oh Im logged in. I get those annoying questions (favorite ice cream, bla bla bla) every time I log in. I even logged out and logged back in. I can see seat maps on dummy bookings, which someone else had issues with on here.

Isn't it great how United's IT department thoroughly tests stuff before dumping it on customers? They must have the same leadership team as inflight catering.

I am having the same problem - having to answer the questions each time I log in - expert mode still not working
