Upgrade Fee Question
 

My father-in-law just received enough miles 20,000 for upgrade and I wanted to surprise him for his flight home from Spain. He travels every year there and never signed up for miles until I said something a couple of years ago, any how, I was curious when you use your miles to upgrade (I maintain his account) how is the payment handled? He charged the ticket to his CC but I wanted to use my own. When you go through the process does it give you the choice for payment?
