2 segment miles UG waitlisted on 1 segment
 
I'm considering a miles upgrade PHL-IAH-Panama. If I pay with miles and only the PHL-IAH upgrade and my waitlist to Panama doesnt clear, do I get any refund? Thanks for the help

I think the upgrade refund only applies when the int'l segment of a BF ticket fails to clear.
