Million Miler question on New scheme
 

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere I searched and could not see anything easily

Under the Revised Mileage count for Million Miler status what COUNTS now ? Actual Bum on Seat miles flown on UA and CO plus what? (fare basis bonuses, premier platinum bonuses? )

I am confused as to what is the EXTRA part that was factored into the adjustment and is NOW included in the count

Thanx ... btw i stand at over 2.2 million (so Lifetime Premier Platinum) and wondering if it is worth going for another 800K to get Lifetime 1K ????

Only BIS miles on UA, UX, and Copa flights.

Your call if you think it's worth it to do 800K. I'm at 910K myself, booked to 940K or so, and will stick it out to 1MM. After that, AA will look quite good, or at the very least doing as much non-UA *A metal as I can.

Plus nothing... straight BIS miles on UA/UX flights only. No booking code or premier bonuses count toward MM.

As others have said its just BIS miles counting towards MM statuses these days.
