Can't get MP card with correct name
When linking CO and UA accounts late last year, CO somehow changed the name on my wife's account to my name! We figured it out just before DDay and CO was able to "manually" fix it. (We thought)
When my wife's new credentials came they had her CO number but my name. (All of my credentials are fine) If we log into the website, either with her UA number or CO number all is fine with her correct name. She requested another card and it came today. Again with the wrong name. It appears the credentials come from a different database than what we see online! MP customer service isn't able to see the problem. Does anyone have any insight into what is going on and how to get this fixed? |
