Weird shares bug or not? Flight changes
Im trying to change a flight in early june. The original ticket is booked in to W one way and PN (PS C upsell) the other way. Im changing the W fare and SHARES wants $1000 extra dollars to change it to an L fare?!? I looked on the next page and I noticed that the return had changed from PN to D. So in order to change my outbound, I have to pay the premium to buy up to D?!?

What you'll need to do is re-book this over the phone..I have no idea how the phone agents will handle your PN fare..maybe they can preserve it, maybe they can't.
