Cannot get boarding pass at kiosk
Since the merger, I haven't been able to get a boarding pass at an airport kiosk.
I can check in online. I can print out a boarding pass at home. When I go to the kiosk and swipe my id, I get a message saying that a representative will have to assist me. Two gate agents have told me it's a glitch, but I'm wondering if it might be because I'm a wheelchair user. Anyone know anything about this, or had similar problems? |
Happened to me on a recent int'l flight ex-EWR where the ticket booked by my TA didn't perfectly match my passport namewise...agent had to manually check me in.

It happened to me in in DFW April 20 on my return flights.I am not wheelchair person.
