I need refunds for a couple of Economy Plus seats and I can't figure out how to talk to anyone about it.

I sometimes have to submite my request 3 or 4 times. They will eventually get back to you and I found it works to keep bugging them until something happens.

I canceled a ticket on March 16 by calling the 1K line, it was a fully refundable UA ticket B/Y fare.

I called three times after that, each 1 week apart. I also called Refunds after 23 calendar days. Each time i was told that I would receive an email stating that my refund had been acknowledged (this happened within minutes PMUA). I never did. I was always told that my ticket was in queue for refunding, and I would get my money and miles (upgraded each segment for a total of 15K miles) back "in 48 hrs". Never happened.

ua.com states that the refund time is 7 business days.

I opened a dispute with Chase last week.

I finally received the refund to my CC today, 27 calendar days or 19 business days after I requested it. Still no miles.

LAME UA. Really, really, lame.
