Anyone Else Get the Wrong Premier Credentials
 

I'm PG, and got my Gold card on ~3/1. Checked the mail yesterday and got a Premier Silver card. Website shows me as PG, flew this weekend and was recognized as PG.

I qualified as gold with the help of that double miles promotion LAX-ORD last summer. It still seems strange that I got the right card and the wrong card.

I'm not worried since I know I made it fair and square, but I'm wondering if this is widespread and I'm curious if anyone has any insights as to why they would have made this mistake.

others have had this issue -- seems to be related to those that changed status level late in December or some other issue such as buying EQMs.
