Just called mileage plus to try and find out when confirmed regionals (now RPUs) that didn't clear would be redeposited and received the response in the title as a 1K.

Just fantastic customer service.

Try calling the regular Mileage Plus number. I said "AGENT" "AGENT" and was put on hold with a message stating a 3 minute hold time, but a representative picked up immediately.
