Cancelled Reservation - No Papertrail
 
After 7 hours Friday nite, they cancelled our flight. Went home.

This morning singed into United, pulled up PNR and they had rebooked flight ( for a Sunday (not Saturday) out bound that left a 2 hour turn a destination.

There is no "paper trail" on line of original reservation??

Has it always been this way?
