No Companion Econ+ at booking?
 
I tried to get Econ+ for my now no-status wife and was told that I could only get the companion benefit at the airport. The new website clearly shows the companion benefit, but doesn't say anything about not being able to get it at booking. She was silver at booking, but she was moved on 3/3 out of Econ+.
