BOARDING GROUPS - revised process and/or just more groups----
 

I have been upgraded to FC for my airplane ride Monday 3/5.....thank you....

I print my Boarding Pass and it states "BOARDING GROUP 5"

I called in to obtain the definition of "BOARDING GROUP 5"...agent could not answer.

My challenge is this:
If there are new BOARDING GROUPS and process, why hasn't this been communicated?
Email or post a simple SOP to the client base.

If I missed the memo, please send me a link.

Group 5 is wrong for ANY elite members.
