I'm looking to ticket YVR-SEA which is operated by AC Express Jazz. Assuming I ticket this as a non-basic K fare on AC/014 stock, I'd earn about 13 PQP and 1 PQF.

Is there any advantage to booking on 016 stock? The base fare is around $163 with $71 in taxes and fees. Am I correct in believing this should earn 163 PQP and 1 PQF (assuming I book regular/non-basic economy, or fully refundable even)?

Correct, when you book on 016 ticket then you get PQP and RDM based on the fare paid. If it is the same price then there is no reason to not book it on united.com IMO

Have there been any changes to the earning rules on AC for 2024? Looking to book a trip operated by AC Jazz in September and the fare is the same booking through UA or AC, but based on the PQP calculator I'd earn 41 PQP for a 014 stock ticket and 241 PQP on 016 stock. However, the United flight search shows 0 PQP/0 PQF/0 RDM:

Can I assume this is just yet another UA IT glitch and I'll in fact earn the base fare in PQP?

Yes, this looks like the Jazz bug.

Huh? What PQP calculator includes values for 016 stock?

For 016 stock, the PQP will be equal to the base fare before taxes and fees are added. The 0 is, as you surmised, a display glitch.

Yep, that's what I meant (calculated as Fare-Taxes=PQP). Thanks for the speedy reply!
