Using Chase MP visa Choices
I have decided to get rid of my Chase Platinum MP visa (I don't want to pay an annual fee, and the Explorer card gives me 2 club passes/year as the only benefit). My problem is that I didn't plan well and have 2700 Choices left. As far as I can tell, I can't really use these for anything. It looks like 5000 choices is the minimum that I can redeem on-line. Has anyone found a way to use orphan choices? I'm not going to cry over the loss if I can't use them and lose them when I kill the card (assuming they don't waive the annual fee when I call to cancel - in which case I'll keep the card and get as close to 5000 choices next year before I cancel).
