Prolonged hold times roll over to India=UA training for system change?

Prolonged hold times roll over to India=UA training for system change?
Abnormally LONG hold times that eventually roll over to India. 5X calls today with same result. Anyone else experiencing this?

The [email protected] has be horribly slow the last 2 months. Probably 2 weeks+ to get a response.

I had about 4 calls into CO or UA yesterday and about half the time I was bumped over to India. I just assumed it had to do with the DEN waiver but could be wrong.
