I have the data green bar report from Feb 1987 thru April 2007 and the minimum that should have been added is 175,000 (not including anything from May 2007 thru Dec 2011, which should have been at least another 100,000).

Why did I expect UA to actually be fair?
If you added in any COS bonii before ~2004, or any *A flying pre-1997-1999 or so, that would have falsely bumped your total higher.

Most of us posting here seem to think the total added was pretty much dead on, if not more in our favor.

I went from 926k -> 1,176k overnight!

This is about 3% higher than my calculation, but I only looked at EQM details from 2005 onward. From 1996-2004 I may have had enough EQM bonuses to make up the difference.

Any thoughts on when the corresponding status will be adjusted?
Per UA insider not for a while. Sometime between now and when the systems merge late first quarter or when they merge. So I would not expect the status to go with the MM for a while. If it does happen sooner then great, but don't expect it. This is just the adjustment of UA lifetime miles.

Actually the miles are showing up which is in conflict with what UAInsider said. They said won't see until later but as all these posts indicate, that statement was wrong. Wonder if it will stay or if it will revert to the old number for a while. Only time will tell.

Alas, no CO miles to add later so this will be my final number.

Went from about 740,000 to 1,004,000 lifetime miles. Just made it! Surprised by the large bump, but a very nice news years gift for me.

From about 2.678m to 3.270m - pretty pleased with addition of 591k (22%)
About 59k CO to add.
Of course, only 670,000 from GS! Ha Ha.

To anyone that crossed a threshold with this adjustment today, PLEASE make sure to print out a screenshot or save a PDF of your activity INCLUDING the date. May be helpful in the future if you don't receive what you expected to receive (e.g. upgrades ).

Previous: 537,639
Adjustment: 196,392 (36.5%)
After: 734,031

I have 13,936 on CO... so almost at ūMM

Pretty nice to have that big a jump! Congrats!

While I agree on the Thread Title indicating MM thresholds, many here are reporting good sub MM increases, getting them closer (how much is pretty relative).

Would a thread for the rest of us (<< MM) on what I think UAL really did: a one time Lifetime miles adjustment, and posting mileage adjustments there, be redundant or would that be merged into one of these MM threads?

For me, my BIS Lifetime miles was 230,391. Today, the new Lifetime miles is 312,976, a healthy increase of 36%. While not nearly what many of you in this thread have achieved, at least UAL is taking care of all elites with this sweep.

Thanks UAL. I hope you'll make it worthwhile for this now Premier Silver to keep flying with you.
