It's probable easier from an internal record keeping perspective for Chase to keep both cards active rather than try to convert everyone to a new card. It saves on "integration" costs.

If they'd have only kept the pre merger perks of the PP Card it would be more valuable. But, I digress.

Has anyone seen their post-Mar 3 FEQMs show up? With the 7-10 delay mine should have posted around integration day, but I have yet to receive them.

I did not get FEQMs in Feb and a thread was made to ask others the same question. Did you get any then? I don't know about March's yet since my billing cycle is rather late.

I just perused this thread and was concerned when I saw that the FEQMs would no longer count towards MM status. I have 31,000 FEQMs in my account.

I also see that the deadline to apply them to the 2011 balance, and therefore get the MM credit is March 31st.

How do I go about doing that? Do I call MPSC or Chase?

Call the MPSC and stay on the line with them until they tell you it's done and you can see your FEQM balance online go to zero. Any other response, and you should PM UA Insider, but don't wait until the last minute.

Same here. No Flexible PQM posted after statement closing date.

I'm now missing two months worth of FEQM (FPQM?). My last FEQM posted on January 12. 2000 more should have posted February 12, but didn't. Another 2000 should have posted March 12, but didn't.

Chase says they have turned over all the necessary information about the activity for the last two months to United.

Perhaps my FEQM/FPQM are in the same black hole as my 1K card, which I have not yet received.

UA Insider has been conspicuously absent from recent threads about benefits not being received, including this one.

I kid you not. Just got that information in a postal mailer from UA and Chase.
You should read your mailer more closely. As noted in a separate thread, the new card name as it appears in the mailer: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/unite...plus-card.html

I received my FEQM for February on the weekend following my mid-Feb stmt closing date. Right on time. Too early to know about March. One interesting thing though is that these flex miles are not showing up on the Mileage Plus Activity since Last Statement page (the one you get to with View All Activity) but do show up in the overall balance.

Regarding the 25% bonus: I had 4 UA flights since 'consolidation' date and before March 15. On two of them, I received the 25% - on two I did not. In fact, one pair of flights (one rcvd, one not) were two legs of the same trip.

My FEQM for March just posted this week, too. Usually had posted by the 9th each month.

Now all I need is miles posted for a flight from March 8; this was a return. The outbound was March 6 and took 10 days to post. UA domestic flight.

Slowly but surely, the issues will be resolved....I hope.

My FEQM just posted yesterday, and I tried to use them today without luck. PM'd CO Insider ...
The error message even included the false information that FEQM don't expire....

(and FWIW, my 3/4 UA flights haven't posted with or without any PPlus bonus)
