EU E. Coli outbreak: Any menu changes planned?

Certain airlines - AA among them - are reacting to the latest developments of this outbreak. Does UA have any plans to adjust catering?

On yesterday's FRA-SFO flight #901, UA swapped out its tossed green salad in F for a potato salad.

We received potato salad, artichoke and olives in place of our green salad on our flight from Frankfurt to Newark yesterday.

Those substitutions sound like a welcome yummy alternative to the tired (UA-C) salad leaves.

Considering that there's still no absolute confirmation on what's the source of the outbreak...it's a pity that Spain has been targetted whereas most cases so far have occurred in Germany. Typical misinformation it would appear!
