Smisek & co spotted @ DIA today...
Spotted Jeff Smisek and a coterie of about 12 suits and bodyguards at Denver International's east security check (the one less-used by United customers) at approximately 2:15pm today.
Only 3 out of the 6 available body scanners were in operation, so the wait time was 20+ minutes. But as the Smisek group approached, 5 TSA agents busied themselves by opening up another lane. Smisek, in a pink dress shirt was escorted through first, followed by several women in suits.
The security lane was quickly closed after the group was processed (they didn't have to pass through the body scanners, just the magnetic detectors). Several people in the premium security lane tried to follow them but were turned away...
Perhaps they were in town to announce the new Asian nonstop from DEN.

Gald to know the over-entitled UA management get's special treatment but the low-life 1K/GSs must wait their turn in the long line. That's a change Smi$ek likes, I'm sure. That will teach us 1K/GSs whose boss.

I'm surprise he didn't have film crew with him so he could show you how short the lines are and how efficient he's made it...for himself, that is. Such ego - his in-plane commercials drive me nuts! The guy has no idea how much of an idiot he is and how he's running an airline into the ground. Only people more stupid are the Board and shareholders. They'll see the light when the revenues fall (oh, it has already) and the stock price declines (oh, lost it's forward progression that the industry and market have over the same period)...well as it continues, investors will start seeing what's going on.
